Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
  • Formulate and approve policies and programs to achieve organizational objectives, while representing the company in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing necessary authority and creating a productive work environment.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, as well as formulate and approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
Supervision and Experience
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Requires 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 42-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English is required.
