Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Mount Norquay.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standard and that customer satisfaction is consistently met.
This is a permanent full-time position, offering 30-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities- Chef Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they meet the required standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Menu Planning: Work with our culinary team to develop new menu items and specials, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Sourcing: Order supplies and equipment for the kitchen, ensuring that we have everything needed to maintain high standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, reducing waste and minimizing costs.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen and surrounding areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety regulations.
This is a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be expected to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
