Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive offer that reflects the skills and dedication required for success in this role.
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a standard 35-40 hour workweek. As our Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless food preparation and delivery. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the restaurant's overall success.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish effective methods to meet work schedules, requisition supplies, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Staff Supervision: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures; supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff.
- Culinary Expertise: Estimate ingredient and supply needs, prepare and submit reports, and ensure food meets quality control standards.
You'll work closely with various teams, including kitchen helpers, working groups, and staff in other areas of responsibility. The work environment can be noisy, with odours and hot temperatures present during peak hours.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions- Frequent standing and walking throughout your shift.
