Culinary Leadership Role at Indian Curry House
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Culinary Manager to oversee the culinary operations at Indian Curry House. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen staff. Your expertise in kitchen management will ensure seamless execution of our meal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for our busy restaurant
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Manage kitchen inventory and records to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
- Proven track record of success in kitchen management and leadership
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to new environments
