Client Partner, Respectful Workplace Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner, Respectful Workplace to support our leaders in investigating and resolving respectful workplace complaints. This role requires a strong understanding of human rights, employment legislation, and conflict resolution principles.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advice and resources to leaders and clients on respectful workplace investigations and dispute resolution processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance conflict resolution and problem-solving skills within Fraser Health leaders, physicians, staff, and volunteers.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop a consultative approach to mutual problem-solving.
- Identify management education needs regarding respectful workplace issues and assist with developing related educational programs.
- Maintain records of respectful workplace investigations and analyze data to inform recommendations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Human Resource Management or Business, plus five years' recent, related experience.
- Valid BC Driver's Licence and possession of a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
- Desirable: Mediation Skills 1, Conflict Coaching Level 1 courses, and Associate Certificate in Workplace Conflict.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring and Courageous and create the conditions for people to succeed.
