Job Summary

The Client Partner, Respectful Workplace supports managers and leaders in Fraser Health in their efforts to create a respectful workplace. This role involves investigating and resolving complaints, providing advice and resources, and developing educational programs to promote a culture of respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve respectful workplace complaints in a timely and fair manner
  • Provide advice and resources to leaders and employees on respectful workplace policies and procedures
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to promote a culture of respect and prevent workplace conflicts
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement respectful workplace initiatives
  • Maintain records and data related to respectful workplace investigations and initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Resource Management or Business
  • Five years of recent experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid BC Driver's Licence and possession of a personal vehicle for business-related purposes

They will also possess the ability to operate related equipment, including computers and appropriate programs, and be physically able to perform the duties of the position.
