We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Coordinator to join our team at Team Logic Inc. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
About the RoleThe Office Support Coordinator will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes assembling data, preparing reports, and performing data entry.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role and will be fluent in English.
Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Establish clear priorities and ensure procedures are followed
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Train staff on new procedures and policies
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Degree in Business Administration or related field (not required)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
