Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Automotive Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations within our office.
Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making and reporting needs.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as required.
- Customer Service: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.
- Filing and Records: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
