About Us:
East to West Leasing Ltd. is a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional Office Support Manager to join our team.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our office operations. As an Office Support Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating office services, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and oversee their completion.
- Evaluate office procedures and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
