Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Baskin-Robbins. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in our store.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products on hand to meet customer demand.
  • Process transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
