About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Kognitive Sales Solutions. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in the Georgian Bay region, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 4-6 Field Marketing Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by educating customers on the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel, ensuring excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports to the Management Team, analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales representatives.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 6 months of leadership experience, preferably in sales, with a proven track record of sales growth and team building.
  • Customer Service: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel across the Northern Ontario region to various store locations.
