Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Kognitive Sales Solutions. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in the Georgian Bay region, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 4-6 sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure team success.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating sales agreements.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience and 6 months of leadership experience, preferably in sales.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in business or a related field an asset.
