Compliance Manager

Starlight Investments is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on compliance-related matters to senior management.
- University degree in a related field of study.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance role.
- Deep knowledge of North American regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
