About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Starlight Investments. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company meets all regulatory requirements and maintains a strong compliance program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Program Management
    • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor and report on compliance-related activities and risks.
  • Regulatory Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on changes to regulatory requirements and ensure that our company is in compliance.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and assess compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compliance risks are addressed.
  • Communication and Training
    • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
    • Communicate compliance-related information to employees and management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • University degree in a related field, such as law, business, or finance.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.
