WP Osborne Executive Search is partnering with Starlight Investments to find a seasoned professional to lead their compliance efforts.

The successful candidate will report to the VP of Risk Advisory and Compliance and be responsible for establishing and implementing compliance policies and procedures across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework, including anti-bribery programs and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the organization's compliance program, including monitoring and reporting on compliance-related matters.
  • Provide advisory services to stakeholders on compliance-related issues and develop training programs to ensure employees understand compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and industry members to stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks, developing and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a related field of study.
