Job Description

**Job Title:** Compliance Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Starlight Investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing compliance activities across the organization, establishing compliance policies and procedures, and implementing training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework, including anti-bribery programs and policies.
  • Implement training programs to ensure employees understand compliance policies and procedures.
  • Assess and report on compliance-related risks and gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage and monitor global compliance policies and procedures, including applicable governance requirements.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry members to stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and best practices.
  • Provide advisory services on anti-bribery compliance and recommend action plans for resolution of compliance vulnerabilities and risks.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a broad compliance program.
  • Deep knowledge of North American regulatory requirements.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing organization.
