Compliance Manager

WP Osborne Executive Search is partnering with Starlight Investments to find a seasoned professional to lead their compliance efforts.
The successful candidate will report to the VP of Risk Advisory and Compliance and be responsible for establishing and implementing compliance policies and procedures across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework, including anti-bribery programs and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the organization's compliance program, including monitoring and reporting on compliance-related matters.
- Provide advisory services on compliance-related issues and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry members to stay informed on regulatory changes and best practices.
- Identify and analyze compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- University degree in a related field of study.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a broad compliance program.
- Deep knowledge of North American regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing expectations.
