About this role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Consultant to support the management and development of Digital channels and self-service capabilities for delinquent and pre-delinquent clients serviced by our Client Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing Digital Channels and lead or support strategic initiatives by conducting assessments to identify and size opportunities, gaps, and overseeing initiatives from ideation to implementation.
  • Facilitate discussions and sessions with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts to gain alignment and buy-in for projects related to our Digital Strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally and be exposed to senior leadership across the organization by giving presentations, showcasing the Digital roadmap, and representing as a subject matter expert for Digital Channels.

Requirements

  • Experience in creating and deploying digital marketing strategies and tactics with emphasis on client digital engagement (online and mobile), working in cross-functional environments to launch new projects and initiatives, and managing relationships at the Senior Executive level.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with developed knowledge in several areas of industry/client/activity sufficient to interpret, analyze, and apply relevant issues and developments.
  • Demonstrated experience in solving complex problems independently, with a strong understanding of collections business.
  • Client-focused approach when developing solutions and strategies.
  • Possesses a strong network of partners, builds trust through respect and authenticity, and inspires outcomes by making oneself heard.
  • Digitally savvy, with the ability to adapt to new tools and trends, including experience with generative Artificial Intelligence (gen AI).
