Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Bramcity Logistic Inc. as a full-time permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Responsibilities:- Administrative Support
The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Record ManagementThe candidate will administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Office Services CoordinationThey will co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Budgeting and ReportingThe Office Administrator will assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Communication and ReportingThey will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Supervision and Team ManagementThe successful candidate will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and supervise 3-4 people.

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
Physical CapabilitiesThe candidate must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
Personal QualitiesWe are looking for someone with efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.
Benefits:- Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
