Accorder l'accès aux réseaux informatiques

Établir des rapports sur les performances des systèmes informatiques et des réseaux

Répondre aux utilisateurs ayant des difficultés avec les ordinateurs

Consulter les guides d'utilisation, les manuels techniques et d'autres documents pour rechercher et mettre en œuvre des solutions

Offrir des conseils et une formation aux utilisateurs en réponse aux difficultés identifiées

Collecter, organiser et maintenir un registre des problèmes et des solutions pour les analystes de support technique

Participer à la restructuration des applications et d'autres logiciels

Superviser d'autres travailleurs de support technique dans ce groupe

Offrir un soutien aux systèmes d'affaires, aux réseaux et à Internet aux utilisateurs en réponse aux difficultés identifiées

Configurer l'équipement pour l'utilisation des employés, effectuer ou s'assurer de l'installation appropriée des câbles, des systèmes d'exploitation ou des logiciels appropriés

Effectuer des opérations de sauvegarde et de récupération du serveur Web

Offrir un service à la clientèle

Gérer les incidents

Soutien aux nouveaux arrivants et aux réfugiés

Recruter des nouveaux arrivants et/ou des réfugiés qui ont été déplacés par un conflit ou un désastre naturel (par exemple : l'Ukraine, l'Afghanistan, etc.)

Offrir des formations sur la diversité et la culture croisée pour créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les nouveaux arrivants et/ou les réfugiés

Soutien aux jeunes

Participer à un programme ou à une initiative gouvernementale ou communautaire qui soutient l'emploi des jeunes

Soutien aux vétérans

Participer à un programme ou à une initiative gouvernementale ou communautaire qui soutient les vétérans

Soutien aux peuples autochtones

Participer à un programme ou à une initiative gouvernementale ou communautaire qui soutient les peuples autochtones

Offrir des mentorats, des coachings et/ou des opportunités de réseautage pour les travailleurs autochtones

Établir et maintenir des relations avec les communautés autochtones, les entreprises autochtones et les organisations

Offrir des formations sur la compétence culturelle et/ou de sensibilisation à tous les employés pour créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les travailleurs autochtones

Faciliter l'accès aux aînés qui peuvent offrir un soutien et des conseils aux travailleurs autochtones

Soutien aux travailleurs âgés

Participer à un programme ou à une initiative gouvernementale ou communautaire qui soutient les travailleurs âgés

Soutien aux minorités visibles

Participer à un programme ou à une initiative gouvernementale ou communautaire qui soutient les membres des minorités visibles

Appliquer des politiques d'embauche qui découragent la discrimination envers les membres des minorités visibles (par exemple : anonymiser le processus d'embauche, etc.)

Offrir des programmes de mentorat qui associent les membres des minorités visibles avec des employés expérimentés

Offrir des formations sur la diversité et la culture croisée pour créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les membres des minorités visibles
