Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at PHtD Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Manage and maintain computer networks, including setting up and troubleshooting network equipment.
  • Perform backups and recoveries of critical data.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
