Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Salus Fresh Foods (King St).
Key Responsibilities- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize staff performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures.
- Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
