In this role, you will work closely with middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to create an optimum working environment. You will also be responsible for managing fast-paced environments, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you will need excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong judgment and organizational abilities. You should also have experience working in management and product development, with a specialization in brand management.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and you should have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, you should be able to work in a large workload environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. The benefits package includes permanent employment, English language support, and mentorship programs for newcomers and refugees. We also offer coaching and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and organizations.
