Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Prime Hut Pizza & Indian Cuisine Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Control: Develop and implement strategies to control costs associated with food products and services.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for our staff and customers.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we receive the best possible prices and quality.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food services and increase customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our food services are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food services management role.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, physically demanding, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, flexibility, organized, team player.
