Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient service delivery
    • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Inventory Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
    • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient staffing and minimize overtime
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
