Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our service standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
