Leadership Team Member

Moxies is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Leadership Team as a Leadership Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead different areas of the restaurant while maintaining a development-focused outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the General Manager, and assisting with project planning and staff management.
  • Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
  • Delegating daily tasks.
  • Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
  • Supervising team and leading by example in all aspects of business management.
  • Assisting in the hiring process, including conducting interviews, onboarding, and training for multiple positions.
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration and/or previous relevant work experience.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good observation skills.
  • An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
  • Computer literate and basic Math skills.
  • An ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement, and provide direct coaching where necessary.
