We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordination Specialist to join our team at The Advantage Group International Inc. in Toronto, ON.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of $34.50-$35 per hour (32 hours/week), offering a comprehensive benefits package including health, financial, and long-term benefits.

As a Program Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for managing support activities necessary for executing customer benchmarking programs. This includes coordinating questionnaires, developing data/report specifications, data verification, report production, and overall project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Questionnaires: Work closely with the program management team to verify changes in questionnaire data requirements, update and maintain the category/competitor database, prepare questionnaires, coordinate mail-outs, and track responses.
  • Specifications Development: Collaborate with the program management team to develop report and data processing specifications reflecting updates in questionnaires, sponsor needs, or customer categories.
  • Data Verification: Process completed questionnaires, perform data verification procedures, and work with the program management team to establish guidelines for cut-offs and tabulation weighting.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, coordinate with internal and external associates, and oversee report production across Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Post-secondary education in information services, market research, or business administration.
  • 1+ years' experience in project coordination, market research, or data management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including knowledge of advanced Excel functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) and strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
