Levvel Inc. is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Coordinator to support our client in Calgary, AB.

This 6-month contract (with potential for extension) offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the role:

  • Assist Program Managers with logistical and administrative tasks, including meeting organization, material preparation, and meeting notes.
  • Provide project coordination expertise for Desktop/Infrastructure roll-outs.
  • Support Weekly Program Status Reporting and assist with executive presentations and reporting.
  • Coordinate onsite workshops and logistics as needed.
  • Manage program financials, including invoicing and tracking project expenses.
  • Efficiently coordinate projects to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders as directed by Program Managers.
  • Ensure project teams adhere to provided schedules, timelines, and deliverables.

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of direct project experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of project coordination experience in the Finance or Technology industry.
  • Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency in tools like MS Planner, To Do, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • A high level of resourcefulness and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of project management skills.
  • Tact, diplomacy, and ability to work collaboratively in a demanding and dynamic environment.
  • Effective negotiation, conflict management, and consensus-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being highly motivated and displaying a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the success of the team.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
