We are seeking a Senior Travel Product Strategist to join our team at Etraveli Group. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on NDC, GDS or OTAs.

About the Role

As a Senior Travel Product Strategist, you will be responsible for defining the vision for our Search and Cache products and creating a roadmap in line with business goals. You will translate the vision and strategy into tasks for development, work closely with our Cache Product Owner and Product analysts, and oversee the execution of our vision for this product.

You will also own the end-to-end development of our Search Engine, contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint, manage and prioritize the backlog for our Search team, and be responsible for the P&L of the product with a focus on unit economics and efficiency.

In addition, you will keep internal technical teams accountable for quality output and product delivery, work towards defining and tracking key KPIs to monitor the impact of delivered features, and lead R&D initiatives, including A/B testing, to enhance the product and work closely with our ML and Data Science teams.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of well-rounded travel industry experience (with focus on NDC, GDS or OTAs)
  • Strategic thinking and critical decision-making skills
  • Strong experience in data-backed decision making/statistics/market research
  • Output and delivery-driven; experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with significant context switching
  • Highly influential, proactive leadership skills with a strong business acumen
  • Strong technical skills and extensive experience working with APIs
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
