Job Title: Senior Product Strategist

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a Senior Product Strategist to lead our product strategy and drive the development of innovative solutions.
  • As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities that align with our company mission.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with overall business goals and market needs.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer feedback, market research, and business needs.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our products solve their challenges and add value.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry.
  • Define product success metrics and monitor performance post-launch to ensure goals are met and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Regularly communicate updates, challenges, and success metrics to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in engaging directly with customers to gather feedback and insights.
