Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at JAI IT SOLUTIONS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing training and guidance to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a technical support role is an asset
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
