Director of Change and Productivity

The role requires a seasoned professional to oversee the improvement of plant reliability, efficiency, and waste reduction.

  • Foster collaboration with Plant Leadership to drive daily operational reviews, data analysis, metric reporting, and effective loss elimination initiatives.
  • Implement change management principles throughout the plant, leveraging coaching and employee engagement to achieve organizational alignment.
  • Develop strategic projects to boost plant productivity, focusing on Loss Analysis best practices.
  • Roll out new tools and training programs for various functions, emphasizing standard work, TPM, gap analysis, data analysis, and loss analysis skills.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in preparing, executing, and monitoring continuous improvement projects.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or Production roles, preferably within an industrial Food Manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of leading CI projects incorporating Lean methodologies like 5S, Kanban, Visual Management.
  • Six Sigma Certification is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation efforts, including change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
  • Able to work within a corporate-wide lean standardization program while providing site-specific best practices.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
