About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Engagement & Registration Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role reports to the Supervisor, Engagement & Registration Solutions, and offers a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented customer service expert with experience in registration management and data handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage participant communication, including email and phone interactions
  • Collaborate with project teams and consult with clients on best practices and solutions
  • Review and test websites, including registration development and quality control
  • Provide onsite support for data management and rooming/hotel contact
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and work with the sales and events team on App solutions
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business, event management, or a related field
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the travel, hotel, or event sectors
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in both written and verbal French considered a strong asset
  • Technical skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Cvent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks under pressure
