We're seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to drive our restaurant's success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  • Train and develop crew members, reinforcing food safety procedures and promoting a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Act as Cash Manager as needed, setting up cash registers and verifying cash.
  • Perform walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open/close and/or rush-ready.
  • Work with management to train, develop, and communicate with crew members and teams to maximize retention.
  • Supervise and coordinate the execution of operations tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist management in maintaining proper coverage via crew member schedules to ensure customer service standards are met.
  • Partner with management to identify opportunities for optimizing efficiencies and maximizing profitability.
  • Follow up and ensure resolution of guest-related issues.
