Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations Management
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Team Management
    • Supervise 3-4 people
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
