Senior DevOps Engineer

At Workday, we're seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS Cloud Development Kit, Terraform, and other tools.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.
- Developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Participating in on-call rotations to respond to production incidents and ensure timely resolution.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer who is passionate about cloud infrastructure and automation. About YouWe're looking for a candidate with:
- 7+ years of experience in cloud computing and DevOps practices.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Experience with automation tools such as AWS Cloud Development Kit, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
