Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure seamless support and maintenance of our systems.
  • Work closely with software, hardware, and firmware engineers to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective security and access controls to protect our services.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients and customers, addressing their server and system needs with precision and care.
  • Contribute to our internal QA initiatives, ensuring the highest quality of our software and firmware.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven expertise in installing and maintaining Linux and Windows server operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of network communication and system firewalls.
  • Experience with Azure resource configuration and management.
  • Proficiency in MSSQL and SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Programming and scripting skills in SQL, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with KVM virtualization and Docker container configuration.
  • Working knowledge of git and version control.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
