Sushi and Korean Cuisine Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Red Fin Sushi & K-Food. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook a variety of sushi and Korean dishes, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to recipe guidelines.
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient workflow and timely food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering necessary items as required.
- Food Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure. You must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
What We Offer- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
