We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to join our team at Westland Insurance Group. As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence in the local community.

SalaryThe estimated hourly hiring range for this role is $25.60 to $32.00, with a 37.5 hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.
Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include:
- Working with clients to uncover complex business challenges, identifying their needs and providing recommendations based on your knowledge of underwriting principles
- Practicing excellent customer service and prioritizing client relationship management by actively listening to queries and concerns
- Collaborating with a supportive team to reach organizational goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic client relationships
- Mastery of time management, with the ability to prioritize your workload while demonstrating confidentiality and discretion
- At least 2 years of insurance industry experience
- An Insurance broker level 2 license and working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
