We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team as a Road Construction Specialist. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to construct and maintain roads in support of our forestry operations.

SalaryThe successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly wage of $45.00 to start, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the company.
Job Description- Operate heavy equipment such as graders, excavators, and bulldozers to construct and maintain roads in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Work closely with Woodlands Operations Supervisors to ensure that road construction activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with other operators to effectively construct and maintain roads, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- A valid Class 1 driver's license with air brake endorsement, or ability to obtain one prior to commencement of employment.
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment, preferably graders and excavators.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work at heights, if required.
