Strategic Sales Manager for Plywood Business

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Manager to join our team at USCA Timber Inc. in the Plywood industry.

Responsibilities:- Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with business clients, including negotiating sales contracts and building strong partnerships.

- Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective use of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on revenue growth and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
