Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Hallmark. As a key member of our field merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our product presence in various retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and execute merchandising tasks in designated retail accounts, handling both everyday and seasonal products.
  • Ensure timely and efficient service visits each week, particularly during peak retail periods.
  • Adhere to merchandising plans, productivity standards, and provided schedules, providing feedback for process improvement and adapting to unexpected challenges.
  • Provide additional support for vacant accounts, holidays, and high-demand seasons, assisting with department revisions, relocations, and new store setups as needed.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Maintain regular communication with our Territory Manager to stay informed about upcoming programs and in-store events.
  • Coordinate with account management as a representative of Hallmark during service calls, fostering positive relationships with account-level management.
  • Clearly communicate with the Territory Manager to ensure that accounts receive exceptional service and adhere to retail standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Prior experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Proficiency in Smartphone technology and email management.
