Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at SUPER C ESSO. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze and evaluate the performance of our store, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our store's operations.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage our staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold: Work with our purchasing team to determine the types of merchandise and services that should be sold in our store.
  • Locate, Select and Procure Merchandise for Resale: Source and procure merchandise for resale in our store.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets for our store, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that we are operating within our means.
  • Resolve Issues that May Arise: Address any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Recruit, Hire and Supervise Staff and/or Volunteers: Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Langue de travail: Anglais.
  • Hours of Work: Heures de travail: 30 to 40 hours per week.
