- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Culture and Diversity: Develop and implement strategies to create a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees, including those from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset
- Equivalent experience may be considered
