  • Experience: 1 to under 7 months in a supervisory role.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
    • Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
    • Oversee inventory management and merchandise procurement.
    • Develop and manage employee work schedules.
    • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, merchandising, and team dynamics.
    • Coordinate and supervise team activities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
