Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Bud Mart is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking processes.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Skills: Basic security clearance, attention to detail, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, standing for extended periods, team player
