Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to join our team at Chatime. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, managing supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects, including planning, organizing, and executing tasks.
  • Financial Management: Assist with managing our office budget, including tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and making recommendations for cost savings.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
