Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Chatime. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare and send correspondence, including letters and memos.
- Organizational and Time Management
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Develop and maintain effective organizational systems and processes.
- Financial and Budgeting
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing and tracking expenses.
- Manage and reconcile financial records and reports.
- Other Duties
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
