About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Chatime. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, including letters and memos.
  • Organizational and Time Management
    • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
    • Develop and maintain effective organizational systems and processes.
  • Financial and Budgeting
    • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing and tracking expenses.
    • Manage and reconcile financial records and reports.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
