About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Chatime. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, including letters and memos.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies and equipment.
    • Ensure the office is clean and organized.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
